In 2023, Life Hack Organizing was founded by Missy Weimer, a professional organizer focused on compassionate support, practical workflows and space management. She is also a professional art handler with and MFA and lots of experience fixing, fabricating, painting, and leading projects.

Later, I organized assets for TV and movie productions, at a premier auction house, and physical and digital archives for academic research. My years as a professional artist, writer and editor hinge on utilizing my prowess for organized thinking. After moving multiple times and living abroad, I have developed a practical, uncluttered approach to my own surroundings and life as a single mom.”

Commitment to Community
I am a lifelong artist, martial artist and volunteer coach for kids in multiple sports. In 2010, I founded Sneaker Tree, a Chicago-based nonprofit that supported hundreds of underserved female student-athletes by providing them with new shoes and uniforms for over 7 years.
These days, I am working closely with local volunteer groups to collect and distribute critical donations to arriving asylum seekers and unhoused community members. I work directly with a CPS homeless outreach officer to outfit kids and their families in winter coats, boots, and other necessary gear as the seasons change.
